Here are some suggested topics to share in your introduction:
- Where your institution is located
- What you are responsible for at your university
- What is the biggest challenge you are facing as you take learning online?
- How your institution is adapting as you take learning online
- Courses you or your students are planning to take
– MetaFans Community Manager

To upgrade to a Certificate in a course you’re already enrolled in:
- Open the home page for the course you want to pay for.
- At the top of the page, click Upgrade, or scroll down to the “Course Settings” section and click the Purchase button.
- Make sure you’ve completed your Name or ID Verification.
- Not all courses offer Certificates. If you can’t find the option to upgrade to a Certificate in a course, it may not be available.

It’s indeed an intriguing area of research. 🙂 As a like-minded fellow mentor, I had similar research questions in mind. I knew I could not study it myself because I had no access to enough data. I brought them up on one of the suggestion threads here in the community.
Is this a correlational study? Are you studying it in just one course? I think subject and assignment types in each course should also be taken into account.

If it is a practice-heavy class such as acting or directing, I also need to know a student’s basic psychological make-up — whether he or she is a quick learner or one that would need time before comprehending principles and processes. But with the current pandemic forcing us to shift to online learning systems, it has even become more important to understand pedagogies particularly those that pertain to multi-platform education.
